E60 in Portland oregon us

I have a missfire on cyl 1 and a boost issues I won’t boost. I have MHD tune, precision race coils, 2 step colder plugs I also have aftermarket FMIC and down pipes no cats with a 3” full exhaust. I already replace my injectors and o-rings and coded the injectors but I just can’t get the cyl 1 to not miss. I haven’t done a compresión check yet and I haven’t checked the LPFP.
Ok I’ll try that. It was running fine until the hose that goes from the thermostat to the head started leaking when I was on the highway it didn’t overheat it just got a little hotter than normal I replace the hose and started it back up and it was misfiring like crazy multiple random misfires then cyl 1 3 4 missfire now it’s just cyl 1 that won’t go away I was getting a fuel pump code but then that went away I also replace the vanos solenoids that helped a little.
