On my 6at I get corrections when shifting at 6k if I wind out to 65 or higher I get very minimal if any corrections and I get no in gear corrections maybe random 2.3 degree for second on one cylinder tops is their any way to fix the post shift or could you tell me what to request from xhp and have you and them make me tunes to work together?

Minor corrections are not a big issue and to have ZERO corrections would mean you're leaving a lot of power on the table.
You have a few options, drop back to a lower octane map, use a lower boost map, increase your octane level or enjoy your car with minor corrections. Bottom line, don't over analyze the logs. Corrections are not a bad thing and the car is doing what it was designed to do. If you don't agree, flash stg0 and see if you have any corrections. I'm sure you'll find the corrections still exist and possible are worse with a stock map.

Yes ask XHP to delay and slow the rate of torque re-introduction at the end of a shift. This will directly affect TIMING re-introduction at the end of a shift. The timing just needs to be eased in a bit more and not the sudden jolt to 100% normal timing right at the end of a shift.

Really like the v8 1+ tune. I’m AWD but am using limit by gear at 11 in 1st and 14 in 2nd. I was getting weird surges before at around 4K rpm but it is gone after I limited boost in those gears. Tune runs very smooth and even power delivery throughout.

Well. Figured out the surges, another coil was bad and about to install a new one now. Got a spare too so I don’t have to go through driving around under 2k rpms!!!

Can someone rank the versions based on performance (whp)?
Maybe its me but the V8 version is a bit more refined but seems to lack the punch of previous versions.

I'm running V8 Stage 2+with jb4 still installed, menu 4=4, haven't swapped the white wire yet. I was running jb4 map 5 with e85 bef. I'm new to this, trying to figure out why I it feels and sounds like it's venting at low throttle and not holding steady boost as rpms climb. I've replaced boost solenoids, vac lines, RB pcv, valve cover, ect. Anyway, the car has so much more power low to mid and is smoother/more responsive than it's ever been, by far. It makes me want to remove the jb4 altogether, but until I figure out what's going on, I'll leave it. Anyone care to have a look that may spot something to explain my issue?

SOLVED: If anyone is interested, the problem, after replacing every line, hose, o ring and valve cover, was the nipple bolt on top of my Turbosmart Kompact. SMH.

.
Interested in learning the differences in versions.
There must be a reason why they're still available.

I believe more tables are open now for tuning than before so Wedge is able to fine tune Vanos, spool mode, torque, and PID Instead of just timing and load/WGDC etc

The earlier versions were considered more robust and the later ones are more fine tuned with better stability

all those tables have been available since the beginning.

Does v5 have reduced knock sensitivity as i know it is supposed to be the most aggressive?

yes, knock sensitivity was reduced on v5 maps.

There is enough misinformation on the net as is. I appreciate the correction and info.

Did you get xhp to do this for you yet? If not we should try get a petition enough people ask maybe they can make a flash time option or something.
