Need some help reading my log, I want to make sure I'm not stressing my full pumps out

looks good to me, you barely even dip into the 70s on the low pressure side which is great and lowest I see for rail pressure is 1800 but it stays above that for the most part

Thanks, I think I'll try e40 and see how they react. What's the limit of normal for timing corrections? I know 0 is ideal but what's considered good/normal? I'm trying to learn what's the main things to watch for

if it's just coming up randomly across a cylinder here and there anything under -3 is ok, if it's consistent across a few cylinders it's no good. looking at the log above you could use a little more octane or a degree or two less timing

You wouldn't consider the timing corrections just normal post shift issue? It looked clean all the way thru 3rd.

if they calmed down quicker after the shift maybe, but then again I'm not a professional. I just tune my own junk

I see a 10% deviation in fuel trims:

Your tune is expecting that you are running a higher blend of ethanol. Additionally, you may consider checking out your injectors. Does your car stumble on startup at all?

Yes when I first start it up in the morning it stumbles a little for about 10-15 secs, not long but still there. Smooths out and I've read how it's normal

What index injectors do you have? I'd recommend checking for a leaky injector in bank 1. If you ignore this issue for an extended period of time you run the risk of fuel leaking past the rings, and down the cylinder walls. This will eat away the protective lubrication layer and has been a known cause of premature bearing failure.

i think you need more E85, your pump is well above limits, IATs are a bit high but nothing too crazy, ill bet u the timing corrections will clear up with a bit more E in the tank.

I just checked, I've got index 9 in all cylinders except cylinder 3 which has index 7. I assume 9 & 7 could be mixed?

How many miles on those old injectors? I suspect it’s time for index 12s.
